Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations

Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure your order is delivered promptly and in excellent condition by using only trusted courier services. While we aim to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to varying product characteristics or availability. Should this occur, we will inform you in advance.

If you find that the product is damaged or the packaging is tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact our Customer Care at +91- 8380822931, providing your order reference number. We will do our best to arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "My Orders" section on our website.

As per Indian Tax Regulations, all shipments (including gifts) will include an invoice with the price mentioned.

Shipping Partners

We work with Delhivery and Shree Maruti for deliveries. For remote areas where these couriers may not be available, we can ship via EMS Speed Post upon special request. However, we cannot guarantee this option, as the post office must verify the shipment contents, and they may refuse items they consider prone to damage.

Shipping & Delivery Time

We make every effort to ship orders within 2 working days after they are placed. Shipping takes place Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.

While we aim for delivery within 3–7 days across India, delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier transit processes. We recommend placing your order well in advance to account for any potential delays.

Guarantee/Warranty

All products come with a standard warranty, unless otherwise noted on the product page, to protect against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your order, you must inform us within the specified warranty period from the date of shipment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges and returns, but we will reimburse this cost once the defect is confirmed. We will repair or replace defective items at no additional cost, with shipping prepaid by us. If a replacement is unavailable due to stock shortages, we will issue a full refund. Please note, the warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, damaged by static discharge, neglected, modified, or soldered/altered in any way.

To initiate an exchange, please send us photos of the damaged product. We will assess the damage and decide on the appropriate solution—either replacement or return. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality items as displayed on our website. To safeguard against shipping damage, item mismatches, or missing parts, you have two days from the delivery date to report any issues. Please submit a support ticket through our website. Our technical team will review the details and, if necessary, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the return. Once the item is received and the issue is verified, we will send a replacement with prepaid shipping. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund. However, the warranty does not cover products that have been misused, subjected to static discharge, neglected, modified, or altered in any way.

Due to the nature of the products we sell and our quality control policies, order cancellations or returns without valid reasons are not allowed. Pandabyte Innovations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

Order Cancellation and Refund:

If you wish to cancel or update an order, please contact us via email. Our customer service team will respond within one business day. You can only cancel or alter orders that are still in the "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status. Once an order moves to "Shipped" status, it cannot be changed or canceled. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7 working days from our end. However, please note that your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to credit the refunded amount to your account.

In some cases, canceling an order may incur a 5% bank charge, depending on the payment method used, as payment gateways often retain their fees even when an order is canceled and refunded. Pandabyte Innovations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

Return Guidelines

If we determine that a faulty product cannot be repaired remotely (e.g., via TeamViewer/Anydesk), we will issue an RMA number, which must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Please do not write on the product's packaging itself. Defective, unused products will be replaced within two days of receipt. Returns must include a copy of the original packing slip.

Limits of Responsibility

We are not responsible for improper installation of our products. It is essential to observe correct electrical polarity when connecting electrical components.
